The story
Why it stays with you
Mrs Claus takes a secret Christmas mission into her own hands, helping a boy make things right with his sister.
Jake wants to give his sister Anna something special after a year of squabbling. His letter reaches Mrs Claus, who has her own way of getting presents delivered.
Janet McTeer plays a resourceful Mrs Claus in this 2016 M&S film. Tom Hooper directs, while Rachel Portman's original score accompanies a Christmas journey by helicopter.
The story puts thoughtfulness at the centre of the gift. The selected official upload is the three-minute version; shorter television and social edits also formed part of the campaign.
First shown 11 November 2016. Playback checked 15 October 2026. Video availability may change.
