The story
Why it stays with you
An elderly teddy-bear couple make their way through the airport at Christmas, from the plane to passport control, and the ending shows who is waiting for them in arrivals.
Heathrow's first Christmas advert, and a short one at just over a minute. It was released on YouTube, in cinemas and on social rather than as a TV spot.
First shown 14 November 2016. Video availability may change.
